How long are the hire periods?
Normally 3 days allowing for pick up or delivery before the function and collection or return the next day. Extended hire is available and weekends are Friday to Monday.

Cancellation Fees?
If you cancel an order under 7 days notice than 20% of the rental charge will be payable those orders cancelled on the day of delivery incur an 100% cancellation fee.
3:
What cleaning or Washing is a customer required to do?
All items except linen must be returned in a similar condition as received or will incur a cleaning fee.
4:
Are there any bonds payable?
There is a $100 bond on glassware, cutlery and crockery etc. This is fully refundable if items are returned clean, unbroken ,with no items missing.
